While most supermarket honey is a pasteurized mishmash of questionable origins, Big Sky Honey is luscious, raw, and varietal. Each jar is a single-estate bottling gathered from one of a few select locations in southeastern Montana. Places like Little Porcupine Creek and Salmond Ranch, where the deer and the antelope really do play. One of our groupies, Maye, age 74, says it tastes like the honey from her grandmother’s garden. (Which truly, is all we aspire to.)Who wouldn't trade a cubicle for heart-bursting sunrises on some of the last open range?
